1997 Ford F-150 Door Pods

The objective of this project was to give our students experience in the use of fiberglass and Bondo in custom fabrication. To fabricate the door pods, students used power tools including routers, band saws and sanders. The rough pod was coated with fiberglass and finished and contoured to match the feel and finish of the Ford interior.
