CA Minimum of six months professional installation experience.

Schedule appointments for customers and ensure they are distributed evenly between each installer.
Keep work area clean, organized and share in maintaining overall shop cleanliness.
Complete a work order on every vehicle that any work is being performed on.
Pride yourself in high quality installations and do the job right the first time.
Show the customer how their products work and answer their questions.
Assist sales staff with installation questions.
Provide all customers with excellent customer service.
Notify Shop Manager or Store Manager on duty immediately of any damage done to a customer’s vehicle.
Share in the maintenance of mobile electronic display boards by installing products when necessary. Troubleshoot any display problems when any problems arise.
Attend all mobile meetings.

Oversee Construction and Fit-out of New Stores within region including the following:
Liaison between General Construction and Corporate Offices.
Site check trades to assure compliance with Tweeter Specifications according to prints.
Manage personnel onsite during fit-out, including outside sub-contractors used in the fit-out process and coordinate with manager during stock load in.
Coordinate with inside departments and outside suppliers on delivery of casework, electronics, stock and other items used in the fit-out of a new store.
Coordinate with internal departments for updated merchandise plans to assure the proper wiring of store before and while fit-out takes place.
Help in all areas of fit-out to expedite the process (mounting shelves, placing casework, wiring of store, connecting switching et.).
Assist in the merchandise of the new store and existing stores.
Conduct repairs in existing stores and maintain good working conditions of switching and distribution systems
Conduct onsite inspection of stores to check for proper switching/distribution systems operations. To inspect internal store structures (doors, windows, overhead doors, bathrooms, etc.).
Assist in the development of future technicians and construction helpers.
Oversee the assets of the local department. This consists of vehicles scheduled maintenance, tools and supplies accountability and parts inventories.
Be responsible for the safety of all folks working for or with us.
Maintain hours and time sheets for all employees with in the region.
25% of the time, assist in the fit-out of stores in other regions. This will require up to 3 weeks of travel at a time.
Schedule tasks for personnel within the region for maintaining existing stores.
Oversee tasks of personnel to maintain a high level of work excellence and ethics.
Coordinate with the main office to implement new operating procedures and up coming changes in switching/distribution systems to bring existing stores up to current specifications.
Coordinate with store managers when general repairs are scheduled by managers with our national accounts to make sure work is completed in a timely fashion and are done satisfactorily.
Conduct meetings to discus issues concerning departmental issues with regional personnel.
17.50 - 19.00 an hour
MA Requirements are 2-year technician certification (technical job) or
equivalent work experience or high school (non-technical job) with a minimum
of two years related experience. Experience with car audio and navigation systems is preferred.
As an individual contributor in a small, informal, multidisciplinary group, you'll have overall responsibility for the construction and testing of
various product concepts and architectures related to automotive sound system applications. You will evaluate and modify experimental equipment,
concepts, and systems. Applications will include analog, digital, RF, and/or video circuits and logic systems specifically centered around automotive
infotainment systems. You will be responsible for the efficient and precise building of prototypes, measuring and debugging of conceptual products which includes soldering, construction of harnesses, some mechanical work and in-vehicle
installations. You will be expected to perform non-routine assignments of some complexity and variety and be able to work from limited documentation, schematics, diagrams, notes, prints and layouts. You will have the opportunity to work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative is required in resolving problems and making recommendations. A strong understanding and interest in car audio and video is desired.

The Install and Support Supervisor is responsible and accountable for ensuring that the highest level of performance is achieved from each product installation to the client. This candidate will act as the liaison between LLD and our clients through the following tasks.

• Installation support, training, and technical assistance
• Customer support and training
• Ordering of parts and materials for installations
• Handle RMAs for shipment and transfer off all units
• Assure that all units are assigned properly and in full working condition

The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing and making hire recommendations for additional installation professionals.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel (both locally in the Washington, DC metro area and throughout the United States).
